Thông báo (Notices/ Announcements) thường hay xuất hiện trong cuộc sống hàng ngày. Thông thường, nội dung của thông báo nói về một thay đổi trong công ty, sự bảo dưỡng của các thiết bị công cộng hoặc là hướng dẫn sử dụng của một trang thiết bị nào đó.
1. Cấu trúc và hình thức của thông báo.
Một thông báo có thể viết chẳng theo hình thức nào cả ^^. Tuy nhiên nội dung của nó thường đề cập đến những người có tác động bởi bản thông báo và nội dung trong bản thông báo.
2. Các dạng câu hỏi.
a. Câu hỏi về chủ đề của thông báo.
Để trả lời được câu hỏi dạng này, thông thường bạn nên tập trung vài nội dung đầu tiên xuất hiện trong bản thông báo.
b. Câu hỏi về thông tin chi tiết của bản thông báo.
Câu hỏi dạng này thường hỏi về thời gian, địa điểm hoặc giá cả…. Bạn cần sử dụng kỹ năng scanning để giải quyết tốt các câu hỏi dạng này.
c. Câu hỏi suy luận.
Câu hỏi dạng này thường yêu cầu bạn rút ra kết luận dựa vào thông tin đã đưa ra trong bản thông báo. Ví dụ: Bạn có thể được hỏi rằng ai là đối tượng bản thông báo hướng đến, sự việc sắp xảy ra…..
d. Câu hỏi mẫu.

Internship Opportunities
The law office of Miller, Watson, and Jekins is accepting applications for winter internships. All those who are interested are asked to apply. Applicants must currently be enrolled in at least the second year of law school and must be a student in good standing with their school. Miller, Watson, and Jenkins provides legal services in a number of different areas, including criminal law, patent law, and international law. Those individuals interested in these aspects of the law are specifically encouraged to apply. All applications must be received by October 9. Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we will only be able to respond to those students whom we intend to contract for an interview. Please note that this is not a paid position. It does, however, offer students the opportunity to get practical legal experience with one of the city’s most respected law firms.
